Local groups forming.
The Noble’s Path runs through two formats. The main online group is where the Shield system lives — weekly accountability, PurposeOS cadence, full progression. Local groups combine the Shield system with in-person physical training. Entry to both requires completing the Apprentice stages first.
The path before the group
You do not begin by joining a group. You begin by working through the Apprentice stages of the Shield system — White, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green I, Green II. These six shields represent the foundation. They have to be earned before you can enter the main group or be considered for a local one.
This is not gatekeeping for its own sake. A group of men at different levels without shared foundation does not hold. The standard is what makes the brotherhood real.

If you are in one of these areas, register your interest now. You will need to complete the Apprentice stages before a local group launches.

Men who earned
the right to lead
Local groups are led by men who went through the Shield system first. They did not volunteer. They were identified through the quality of their work and invited to lead.
Entrepreneur. Built and led multiple businesses across technology, hospitality and education. Sustained a disciplined recovery process that gave him direct experience of what integrity under pressure actually requires — not in theory, but over years.
He leads The Odd Squad between London and Portugal. Online sessions with in-person physical training. He was not the loudest man in the group. He was the most consistent.
Leadership experience across technology and health innovation. Background in exercise physiology and applied leadership. Brings precision and systems thinking to how men reduce internal contradiction and align what they say they value with what they actually do.
He is building the first Noble’s Path local group in Norway. If you are in or near Trondheim and serious about the work, he is the man to contact.
Starting a group in your area
Men who complete the Apprentice stage and demonstrate the character required are invited to discuss leading a local group. This is not something that can be applied for directly. It emerges from the quality of a man’s work through the system.
Completion of the Apprentice stage — White through Green II. Six earned shields demonstrating the foundation is real.
Demonstrated character within the main group over time. A man is invited to lead. He does not self-nominate.
A local group requires enough men in reasonable proximity. Typically 4–8 committed men to make in-person work viable.
Local groups combine Shield progression with physical training. The leader takes responsibility for both dimensions.
